Our Process

the consultation.

Every great project begins with a conversation. We discuss your vision, your boundaries, your budget and how you want to feel within the environment we create. This is where we determine the scale of the package.

the vision.

Following our consultation, we present a creative brief and an estimate of the total costs to produce the event; this brief features color palettes, textural, lighting and floral references. We outline the creative statement we intend to make.

the commitment.

To secure your date and start designing, a non-refundable retainer is required. This move allows us to start designing, sourcing, and executing your event or project.

the architecture.

This is the deep-work phase. We refine every detail—from the structural flow of the event to the specifics of the aesthetics. For full-service clients, this includes site visits, vendor coordination, floor plans, and design renderings.
